StormScope terms of use

Last updated: October 7, 2026

StormScope helps organize information supplied by a homeowner and creates draft storm-damage claim support materials. By using the service, you agree to use it only for lawful documentation and review.

Draft information, not a coverage decision

StormScope output is informational and requires human review. It is not an insurer-issued Proof of Loss, legal advice, a public adjuster service, an engineering inspection, a contractor estimate, or a promise of reimbursement. A recommended item is not proof that work occurred, was omitted, or is covered. Pricing and construction references depend on the data source and may be incomplete or unavailable.

Your review and submission

You are responsible for checking that descriptions, measurements, photos, invoices, dates, policy terms, and supporting documents are accurate. Do not submit a quantity or line item unless it reflects actual damage or documented work. StormScope does not send or file a claim; you decide whether and how to contact your insurer.

Availability and changes

The service and reference data may be unavailable, incomplete, or changed without notice. You should retain your own copies of records and follow your insurer’s forms, instructions, and deadlines.
